About the Role
We are seeking a Global Operations Manager to lead a dynamic team of 50+ trainers worldwide. This role goes beyond internal team leadership — we’re looking for someone who thrives in client-facing environments and is committed to delivering a high standard of service. You'll play a key role in maintaining operational excellence, optimizing trainer performance, and driving learner satisfaction.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and develop a multicultural team of trainers, ensuring exceptional lesson delivery and service quality on a global scale.
- Drive performance through KPIs, data-driven insights, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Partner with client-facing teams to understand learner needs and ensure our service delivery meets and exceeds expectations.
- Own recruitment, performance management, and the ongoing development of trainers.
- Serve as a strategic partner who aligns trainer performance with business and client goals.
- Conduct quarterly performance reviews and provide meaningful, actionable feedback.
What Were Looking For:
- 3-5 years of experience in people management, operations, or customer success.
- Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities.
- Bilingual in English with excellent communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage large-scale operations and drive business impact.
- Experience in multicultural environments; background in education or training is a plus.
- Passion for continuous learning and development.
