The main objective of the Account Executive will be to nurture and grow our customers portfolio in North of China (mainly in Beijing, focusing on the SOE clients). We require a candidate who can be autonomous and diligent with integrity and a professional disposition. We will provide all the necessary training in order to work with and understand our products.
What You will do:
- Drive Business Growth: Identify and engage potential clients, tailoring solutions to their needs and securing long-term partnerships.
- Solve Real Challenges: Understand clients' language learning needs and demonstrate how goFLUENT's cutting-edge solutions can elevate their business outcomes.
- Create Impactful Proposals: Develop compelling business cases that highlight the value and benefits of our language learning platforms.
- Build Strong Relationships: Forge meaningful connections with key decision-makers and industry leaders, becoming a trusted partner.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with goFLUENT's teams to close deals, create new opportunities, and drive expansion.
- Represent goFLUENT: Attend industry events and exhibitions across your region, representing goFLUENT's vision and services.
Who We're Looking For:
- Minimum 5 years of B2B sales (solution-selling preferred).
- Proven track record in prospecting and closing SOE clients‘ deals in North China.
- Ability to navigate complex organizations and build trust at all levels.
- Fluent English; experience in HR/Tech/SaaS/e-Learning is a plus.
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and thrive in a collaborative, high-growth environment.
