We’re expanding our presence in Argentina, our newest hub in South America, and we're looking for passionate individuals to help us make a meaningful impact in corporate language training across this dynamic region.
About the position:
As our Office Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our offices in Argentina, Colombia, and Chile.
You’ll be responsible for a wide range of administrative tasks that support the overall functionality and efficiency of our teams in the region.
We’re looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented individual with strong communication skills. The ideal candidate is proactive, adaptable, and thrives in a dynamic environment—capable of managing multiple priorities with professionalism and ease.
What You'll Do
Oversee and coordinate daily office operations to ensure efficiency, compliance, and adherence to company policies.
Manage office supplies, equipment, and facilities, ensuring everything is well-maintained and operational.
Serve as the first point of contact for incoming calls, visitors, and correspondence.
Organize and support company events, internal meetings, and travel arrangements for staff.
Maintain both digital and physical filing systems while upholding strict data confidentiality standards.
Support HR activities by maintaining employee records and assisting with onboarding, crossboarding, and offboarding processes.
Collaborate with various departments to streamline communication and optimize workflow across teams.
Oversee contract management and support local operations with vendor bidding and procurement processes.
Manage relationships with key service providers, including HR vendors, ISO certification partners, and office leasing agents.
Handle all assigned responsibilities with discretion, confidentiality, and a high degree of professional integrity.
What You’ll Need
Proven experience in office administration.
Professional proficiency in English (written and spoken) to support collaboration with global teams.
Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
High attention to detail with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
Working knowledge of Argentinian labor law (a strong plus).
