As a Trainer Manager you will play a key role in providing the necessary organization and communication required for a healthy and successful working environment. You will be based in Madrid, Spain and responsible for ensuring the performance and productivity of trainers based around the world.

What will you do

• Liaise with dozens of international online trainers to deliver high quality, consistent lessons.

• Ensure trainer compliance with internal KPI’s

• Propose and follow up of trainer performance improvements 

• Take the lead in team recruitment activities

• Oversee HR aspects of the trainer team

• Coordinate with internal teams including Learning Consultant, Sales, Customer Success and Business Development 

• Conduct quarterly performance reviews of trainers

What you will need

• Bachelor’s or College degree

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience

• Bilingual English + Spanish if based in Latam

• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills

• Ability to quickly adapt to changing business needs and processes

• Ability to multitask 

• Experience in teaching is a plus

• Experience in working in multicultural environments is a plus
