goFLUENT is looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Developer with a passion for cold outreach and B2B sales. In this role, you'll be the driving force behind our sales pipeline — the crucial first step in engaging with future clients and generating high-quality business opportunities.

Your Responsibilities
Be the first point of contact for potential clients — you are the voice of goFLUENT.
Prospect new leads via cold calling, emailing, LinkedIn, and other outreach channels.
Identify decision-makers and uncover potential business needs and pain points.
Build and nurture relationships with high-potential leads, supporting the sales team to secure meetings and close deals.
Maintain and update prospect data and interactions in Salesforce.
Collaborate closely with your teammates to continuously improve outreach strategies and results.
What We're Looking For
Minimum 1 year of experience in B2B sales, telesales, or similar outbound sales roles.
Proven ability and confidence in cold calling and making high-volume outbound contacts.
Excellent communication skills – engaging, proactive, and persuasive.
Resilient and goal-oriented – you bounce back from challenges and keep pushing forward.
Eager to learn and apply modern sales methodologies.
Tech-savvy: Comfortable with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and ideally Salesforce.
Creative and strategic thinker – able to tailor messaging and personalize outreach.
Spanish: Native or advanced level (required)
English: Advanced level is a strong plus
