Accounting Associate (Payroll & Admin)

We’re looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Admin & Payroll associate to support our team. You don’t need an accounting background, just strong organizational skills and the ability to handle payroll and sensitive financial data with care.
The ideal person can spot connections between tasks, follow through on details, and help make sure nothing slips through the cracks. You’ll be an essential extra pair of hands, helping the team stay on top of deadlines and maintain high accuracy in internal processes.
Responsibilities:
- Disbursement: Review payment requests and corresponding supporting documents, monitor outstanding payables, and process supplier invoices for other Global entities (ex: France, Germany, Russia, Taiwan, China, HK, Indonesia, Vietnam, and soon Morocco, etc.)
- Payroll: Ensure accuracy and validation of the monthly payroll
- Reconciliation: Reconcile accounting data such as banks, payables, etc.
- Bookkeeping: Perform bookkeeping responsibilities such as keeping accounting software logs updated, including the recording of external and internal invoices, cash receipts, adjusting journal entries, and F/X accounting
- Ad-hocs/ other tasks that will be assigned by the manager (COA cleaning, Process documentations, and process improvements)

What You’ll Need:
- Graduate of Bachelor's/College Degree
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in Admin, General Accounting, or Payroll
- Knowledge in using spreadsheets, formulas, and functions
- Must be willing to work in Eastwood, Quezon City
