The HR Associate ensures accurate administration and timely implementation of employee compensation and benefits programs, maintaining comprehensive employee records and coordinating closely with Employee Relations (ER) and Payroll.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support and maintain the organization's HRIS applications and modules in relation to employee salary, timekeeping, leaves, and schedule maintenance.
- Process documentation and update employee records based on approved Personnel Action Forms (PAFs), ensuring that all changes—such as promotions, transfers, reassignments, or job title updates, resignation and retirements—are timely and accurately reflected in the HRIS.
- Provide timely assistance and accurate responses to employee timekeeping related inquiries and coordinate with the company HRIS provider if necessary.
- Manage the administration of mandatory government benefits and claims (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG contributions), ensuring timely remittance and reporting.
- Process loan applications of regular employees for SSS, PAGIBIG and bank partners.
- Manages the timely enrollment, renewal, and deactivation of employees from HMO and insurance coverage, and monitors the status of claims while coordinating with insurance providers to facilitate efficient processing.
- Facilitates and processes financial assistance for employees who have lost an immediate family member, in accordance with company policies.
- Other tasks may be assigned from time to time by the immediate superior.
What you'll need:
- Preferably with 2+ years of proven work experience in Human Resources.
- Demonstrated ability to translate organizational values, company goals, and business priorities into effective HR support.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business Administration (with emphasis on HR), or a related field.
- Data-driven and proactive; able to identify and implement process improvements using a data-first approach.
- Must be willing to work onsite.
- Someone who can start as soon as possible.
