About the role
We are looking for a Sales Project Coordinator to support the growth of our US market.
You’ll play a key role in building strong client relationships and managing ongoing partnerships to ensure high levels of satisfaction and client loyalty.
What you’ll do
- Partner with clients to understand their current and future training needs, identify challenges, and explore how goFLUENT can maximize their learning impact.
- Onboard new clients as a product expert, guiding them through the implementation process.
- Analyze client data and conduct business reviews to ensure high engagement and satisfaction with our learning solutions.
- Identify upselling opportunities to drive growth within existing accounts.
- Gather feedback and user experience insights to identify improvement opportunities and contribute to the development of our digital solution.
- Become a trusted advisor on digital learning best practices by sharing recommendations and insights to help clients optimize their training results.
You’ll love this role if you...
- Are fluent or bilingual in English.
- Have 2+ years of experience in B2B sales or SaaS environments.
- Thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced organization and easily adapt to change.
- Are highly organized and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Have strong analytical skills.
- Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, with solid follow-up processes to meet client expectations.
- Are a collaborative team player who values diversity, knowledge sharing, and working in a respectful and continuously growing environment.
- Bonus: Experience in the training, e-learning, or HR tech (SaaS) industry is a strong plus.
