Sales Team Leader - East China

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Sales Team Leader to lead and expand our business in the East China region. You will be responsible for developing and executing the regional sales strategy, leading a high-performance sales team, and directly managing key enterprise accounts. As the sales leader for East China, you will be a key driver of the company's growth in this market, dedicated to bringing goFLUENT's innovative language learning solutions to large enterprises seeking to empower their workforce.
What you will do:
- Strategic Leadership & Business Development: Develop and implement the annual and quarterly sales strategy and business plan for the East China region to achieve significant revenue growth and market share expansion.
- Team Management & Enablement: Recruit, train, motivate, and manage a high-performance sales team. Set clear performance goals (KPIs), provide daily coaching, and lead the team to exceed sales targets.
- Key Account Management: Personally own the development, relationship management, and deep mining of select top-tier strategic accounts in the region. Act as a strategic advisor to clients, providing high-value solutions.
- Market Insight: Maintain a deep understanding of the corporate training, L&D, and HR Tech landscape in the East China market. Identify new market opportunities and industry trends.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Marketing, Customer Success, and other local and global teams to optimize the sales process and ensure a seamless customer experience from pre- to post-sale, driving long-term loyalty and expansion.
- Sales Forecasting & Reporting: Accurately manage the Sales Pipeline. Provide regular reporting to APAC senior management on sales forecasts, market feedback, and business progress.
What you will need:
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in B2B enterprise software/SaaS solution sales, with at least 3+ years in a leadership role (Sales Director, Regional Sales Manager) managing a team of 3+ sales professionals.
Previous experience selling into the corporate training, HR Tech, L&D (Learning & Development), or E-Learning space is a significant advantage.
- Exceptional Leadership: A proven track record of motivating and leading teams to achieve excellence.
- Strategic Thinker: Ability to develop clear market entry and growth strategies, not just execute tasks.
Consultative Selling Skills: Ability to hold C-level conversations (with CEOs, CHROs, L&D Directors, etc.), understand their business challenges, and present value-driven solutions.
- Outstanding Communication & Presentation Skills: Fluency in both English and Mandarin is essential. Must be confident in delivering compelling business presentations and negotiations.
