What You Will Do:
As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for the following:
- Understanding client needs and proposing tailored training programs
- Planning and managing kickoff events at the beginning of training programs
- Developing and implementing strategies to boost learner engagement
- Monitoring training progress and conducting regular reporting
- Holding periodic business reviews
- Conducting customer satisfaction surveys and implementing improvement measures
What You will Need:
- Japanese native speaker, business-level English proficiency, valid work permit in Japan
- At least 2 years of professional experience in customer success or a similar role
- Thrives in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, demonstrating strong adaptability to change while maintaining an organized and methodical approach across diverse projects. Brings robust analytical skills to effectively navigate complexity and drive outcomes.
- Background in sales targeting corporate HR departments or the human resources industry will be a plus
- Self-motivated and skilled at multitasking
