Job Summary:
We are looking for an Educational Consultant who is passionate about personalized attention, continuous learning, and cultural diversity.
In this role, you will be the first point of contact with students interested in improving their language skills, guiding them in designing an effective and motivating study routine.
Ideal for results-oriented professionals with excellent communication skills and the ability to adapt to changing and intercultural environments.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide personalized follow-up to potential students interested in language programs.
- Communicate effectively through channels such as WhatsApp Business, email, calls, and SMS.
- Design study plans aligned with each student's individual goals.
- Meet weekly and monthly conversion, retention, and engagement goals.
- Participate in training sessions and workshops to stay up-to-date on the latest trends in language learning.

- Participate in group welcome sessions for new students, creating a warm and motivating experience.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, educational sales, student retention, or B2B/B2C accounts.
- High school diploma (bachelor's degree in progress or completed is a plus).
- Fluency in Creole (native) and conversational English (minimum B1 level).
- Excellent communication skills, empathy, and proactivity.
- Ability to solve problems quickly and efficiently.
- Knowledge of digital tools: Google Workspace, MS Office,
WhatsApp Business
