Global Accounting Assistant Manager
This role is designed for an experienced accounting professional with strong leadership skills who can ensure operational excellence, financial accuracy, and team performance.
Join our team as an Accounting Assistant Manager and take the lead in driving financial accuracy, process improvement, and team success within an international organization.
This position offers the opportunity to play a pivotal role in the financial integrity and operational excellence of a global organization. You will gain exposure to international accounting practices while leading a high-performing team in a fast-paced and results-driven environment.
The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising a team of accountants, enforcing internal controls, and driving continuous process improvements to achieve departmental goals and support organizational growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Leadership & Team Management
- Supervise a team of accountants, ensuring accuracy and timely output.
- Provide coaching and feedback to drive performance and accountability.
Accounting Operations & Control
- Review and approve key transactions, reports, and reconciliations.
- Maintain internal controls and support month-end and audit processes.
Financial Reporting & Analysis
- Review financial statements and analyze results for improvements.
- Prepare accurate reports to support management decisions.
Process Improvement & Compliance
- Streamline and standardize accounting processes.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
What You’ll Need:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 3–6 years of progressive experience in accounting, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Must have proven experience managing accounting operations and teams in a multinational or shared service environment.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, internal controls, and financial reporting.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to lead and influence effectively.
- Must be willing to work in Eastwood, Quezon City

- Ensure all reporting deadlines are met with zero critical errors.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance accuracy, efficiency, or reporting quality.
