Sales Operations
Are you ready to join us?
We are looking for a sales operations specialist to join our high-performing Sales Operations team which plays a pivotal role in ensuring worldwide sales organization efficiency. You will be a great fit for the role if you are a detailed, structured, and motivated individual that has experience with CRM systems, ideally with Salesforce Sales Cloud.
Responsibilities
Develop, document, and implement changes in Salesforce configuration and other SaaS applications (Apollo.io, Cirrus Insight, Lusha, Textblaze, Linkedin Sales Navigator)
Train new users in the use of these tools to ensure successful user adoption and constant optimisation of our Salesforce organisation
Support worldwide teams using Salesforce.com with managing requests, including report creation and workflows management.
Develop and promote new initiatives and processes
Analyze data and trends to perform business performance review and bring actionable insight to the sales teams and business leaders
Troubleshoot issues and provide high quality support to internal customers
Performing regular database and system maintenance tasks
Massive transfers and updates
Qualifications
Mandatory:
Very high command of English language, around a C1
Good understanding of sales processes
Experience using a CRM system
Expert in spreadsheets and analysis
Data-driven with strong critical thinking skills and attention to detail
Ability and desire to learn new things
Nice to have:
Experience in b2b sales
Experience using Salesforce Sales Cloud as an admin, specially with:
Flows and process builder
Roles, profiles and permissions settings
Custom objects and reports
