We’re growing fast, and we’re looking for a B2B Account Executive to develop and manage the Mexican market, someone who’s curious, ambitious, and ready to accelerate their sales career in an international, high-growth environment.

What you’ll do
Develop the Mexican market territory by prospecting new B2B clients, identifying decision-makers, booking meetings, and supporting deal closures.
Understand your prospects’ business challenges—especially in HR, L&D, and talent development—and position goFLUENT as a strategic solution.
Lead consultative sales conversations that challenge traditional learning approaches and clearly communicate the business impact and ROI of goFLUENT solutions.
Build trusted relationships with HR leaders, L&D professionals, and business stakeholders across your accounts in Mexico.
Collaborate closely with Business Development, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to close high-potential opportunities.
Represent goFLUENT at local events, exhibitions, and client meetings.
Travel within Mexico when required to support your sales efforts.
What we’re looking for
2+ years of experience in B2B sales (SaaS, HR tech, e-learning, or international experience is a plus).
Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with confidence engaging senior stakeholders.
A consultative, proactive mindset and eagerness to learn.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven, collaborative environment.
Active on LinkedIn and familiar with social selling.
Native Spanish and minimum B2 level of English.
Good understanding of the Mexican business landscape is a strong advantage.
