HR Associate - Employee Relations
This role plays a critical part in maintaining strong employee relations, handling case management, and ensuring accurate HR documentation and compliance processes.
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Associate – Employee Relations to support end-to-end employee lifecycle management, ensure compliance with Philippine labor laws, and promote a positive employee experience.

Key Responsibilities:
Onboarding & New Hire Processing
Facilitate new hire onboarding by coordinating requirements, documentation, and system enrollment.
Send pre-employment requirements and ensure completion of payroll-critical and non-payroll-critical documents.
Create and maintain employee 201 files.
Enroll employees in Empleyado and update employee records for accuracy and compliance.
Conduct HR Orientation sessions and coordinate with Hiring Managers for smooth team integration.
Address new hire employment concerns and provide guidance on company procedures.
Coordinate notarization of Employment Contracts and NDAs and distribute signed copies to employees.
Process employee data updates and corrections, including government agency records where applicable.
Send regularization notifications and reminders to managers.
Offboarding
Handle employee exit concerns and provide post-employment support when needed.
Send exit clearance documentation through the automated Movement Tracker and ensure completion of offboarding requirements.
Disciplinary Process & Case Management
Ensuring that no email from employees (concern, inquiry, etc) is left unread/unresolved.
Prepare and issue Notices to Explain (NTE) and coordinate administrative hearings.
Schedule and conduct administrative hearings and ensure proper documentation of proceedings.
Prepare and send the Minutes of the Meeting and Notice of Decision to the concerned parties.
Process and send non-regularization notices upon the manager's request.
DOLE Compliance & Labor Standards
Ensure employee exits (termination, resignation, non-regularization, etc.) are processed within legal grounds and aligned with labor standards.
Support compliance initiatives related to government requirements and workplace standards (DOLE, PEZA, etc.).
May serve as the company’s Safety Officer (if qualified).
Administrative & HR Support
Handle employee system enrollments and company ID issuance.
Maintain HR records, site updates, and employee communications.
Support HR projects, compliance initiatives, and process improvements.
Perform other assigned HR and administrative duties.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields.
Experience: 1-2 years of experience in HR, recruitment, or administrative roles.
Knowledge: Familiarity with local labor laws, HR policies, and onboarding/offboarding processes.
Preferably with Safety Officer 2 (SO2) training (not required but an advantage).
