What you will do
Prospect and develop new business opportunities in the Brazilian market by identifying decision-makers, conducting meetings, and closing deals.
Understand clients’ critical needs, challenge traditional learning approaches, and present the business impact goFLUENT can generate.
Build business cases that clearly demonstrate the ROI of our solutions.
Develop and maintain consultative relationships with managers, directors, and C-level executives.
Collaborate with Business Development, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to secure large opportunities.
Represent goFLUENT at industry events and trade shows, as well as conduct client visits.
What we are looking for
Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B sales (experience in SaaS and international markets is a plus).
Ability to build trusted relationships across different organizational levels, including C-level executives.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proactive, adaptable, collaborative, and results-driven mindset.
Experience or interest in Training, e-learning, or HR is a plus.
Active presence in professional networks such as LinkedIn.
English – minimum B2 level.
Fluency in Portuguese.
