🚀 B2B Account Executive – Mexican Market

We’re looking for a driven B2B Account Executive focused on the Mexican market, with a hunter mindset, strong results orientation, and ambition to grow in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
🎯 What You’ll Do
Develop and expand your client portfolio within the Mexican market (mid-sized and enterprise companies).
Actively prospect, identify decision-makers (HR, L&D, leadership), and generate new business opportunities.
Lead consultative sales conversations by understanding client challenges and positioning high-value solutions.
Build compelling proposals with a strong focus on business impact and ROI.
Close strategic deals and build long-term relationships with key accounts.
Collaborate with Marketing, Business Development, and Customer Success teams.
Represent goFLUENT at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities in Mexico.
Travel within Mexico to meet clients and support your sales efforts.
🔎 What You’ll Need
Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B sales (SaaS, e-learning, HR tech, or services preferred).
Proven ability to manage full sales cycles (from prospecting to closing).
Strong relationship-building skills across all levels, including senior leadership and C-suite.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven mindset.
Experience using LinkedIn or similar prospecting tools.
Minimum B2 level of English.
Fluency in Spanish (required for the Mexican market).
Experience in training, learning, or technology industries is a plus.
