We’re looking for a driven Business Developer focused on the Mexican market, with a hunter mindset, strong commercial drive, and the ability to identify and convert new opportunities in a fast-paced environment.
🎯 What You’ll Do
Identify, prospect, and generate new business opportunities within the Mexican market (mid-sized and enterprise companies).
Develop and execute outbound strategies (LinkedIn, cold calling, networking, events).
Build relationships with key decision-makers (HR, L&D, leadership, and C-suite).
Lead consultative sales conversations by understanding client challenges and positioning tailored solutions.
Create and present compelling proposals focused on business impact and ROI.
Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams to optimize pipeline generation.
Represent goFLUENT at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities in Mexico.
Travel within Mexico as needed to support business development efforts.
🔎 What You’ll Need
Minimum 2 years of experience in Business Development, B2B sales, or similar roles.
Proven track record in generating new business and closing deals.
Strong prospecting and negotiation skills.
Experience managing full sales cycles.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Highly proactive, resilient, and results-driven mindset.
Experience using LinkedIn or similar prospecting tools.
Minimum B2 level of English.
Fluency in Spanish (required for the Mexican market).
Experience in SaaS, e-learning, HR tech, or services is a plus.
