Learning Advisor (Turkish Speaker)

Are you passionate about helping people achieve their goals and delivering an exceptional customer experience? At goFLUENT, we are looking for a Learning Advisor to join our team.
We highly value candidates with B2C sales experience, especially within the education sector, as we are looking for individuals with excellent communication skills, empathy, follow-up abilities, and persuasive communication.
As a Learning Advisor, you will play a key role in our students’ experience, supporting them throughout their learning journey and helping them make the most of our language solutions.

What will you do?
Become an expert in our products and services in order to guide new students who are starting their training with goFLUENT.
Support learners throughout their journey by understanding their needs and providing effective solutions to any concerns.
Follow up with students through different communication channels (phone, email, chat, etc.).
Make proactive calls to motivate students to fully utilize the available resources and tools.
Maintain efficient communication with internal teams to ensure a smooth user experience.
Suggest improvements to internal processes and contribute to increasing learner satisfaction.
This role is ideal for you if…
You have experience in B2C sales, preferably in the education, consulting, or services sector.
You enjoy speaking with people and are able to build trust and engagement easily.
You possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
You are empathetic, organized, adaptable, and customer-oriented.
You are able to handle complex conversations in a positive and professional manner.
Requirements
Fluency in Turkish
1 year of experience in customer support, or B2C sales
Experience in educational sales or services will be highly valued
Advanced English skills (spoken and written)
Proficiency with MS Office, Google Docs, and digital tools
