We're looking for a Customer Success Manager to join our growing team and play a key role in supporting our Public Sector clients across Brazil. In this role, you'll partner with government institutions and public organizations to ensure they successfully implement and maximize the value of our digital learning solutions, making a real impact on thousands of learners.

What You'll Do
🤝 Become a trusted partner
Build long-term relationships with Public Sector clients, understanding their goals and helping them achieve successful learning outcomes.
🚀 Deliver outstanding onboarding experiences
Guide new customers through implementation, acting as a goFLUENT product expert and ensuring a smooth, successful launch.
📈 Drive customer engagement and success
Monitor adoption, analyze data, conduct business reviews, and develop strategies to maximize learner engagement and program performance.
🌱 Identify growth opportunities
Recognize opportunities to expand existing partnerships by introducing additional solutions that create value for your clients.
💡 Improve the customer experience
Collect customer feedback, recommend improvements, and collaborate with internal teams to continuously enhance our products and services.
🎓 Share your expertise
Provide best practices, strategic recommendations, and insights on digital learning, helping customers achieve long-term success.
What We're Looking For
Fluent Portuguese (native or bilingual proficiency).
Intermediate English (minimum B2).
Previous experience in Customer Success or Account Management.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and turn insights into action.
Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Proactive, customer-oriented, and eager to solve problems.
Collaborative team player who enjoys working in an international environment.
Nice to have:
Experience working with Public Sector organizations.
Experience in EdTech, SaaS, Learning & Development, HR Solutions, or Training.
