We're looking for an ambitious Account Manager to join our growing team and help expand our presence within the Brazilian Public Sector. In this role, you'll partner with government institutions and public organizations to strengthen existing relationships, identify new opportunities, and help deliver language learning programs that support education, professional development, and workforce transformation across Brazil.

What You'll Do
🤝 Grow strategic client partnerships
Manage and expand a portfolio of Public Sector accounts, developing trusted relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
📈 Drive account growth
Identify opportunities for renewals, upselling, cross-selling, and expansion while uncovering new contacts and departments within existing organizations.
💼 Deliver consultative solutions
Understand each client's objectives and develop tailored proposals that demonstrate the value and return on investment of goFLUENT's language learning solutions.
🌍 Collaborate across global teams
Work closely with our Business Development, Customer Success, Marketing, and Product teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences and long-term success.
💡 Be a strategic advisor
Stay informed about trends in education, digital learning, and the Public Sector, helping customers develop impactful language learning strategies aligned with their goals.
What We're Looking For
2–5 years of experience in B2B Account Management, Sales, or similar positions.
Fluent Portuguese (native or bilingual proficiency).
Intermediate English (minimum B2).
Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and consultative selling skills.
Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced international environment.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.
Nice to have:
Experience working with Public Sector organizations or government institutions.
Experience in SaaS, EdTech, e-Learning, Learning & Development, or HR Technology.
